REFIT® is a dance fitness class combining powerful moves and positive music (secular and Christian) to create an

exciting, fun workout for women of all ages, shapes, and sizes. No prior experience is necessary! This class is

designed to be an outreach to help women at our church connect, so invite your friends! Following our workout,

we will have a short time for community building and sharing prayer requests. Suggested donation is $5 per class,

with discount punch cards available, but those who can not pay are still welcome to come. Drop-ins are

welcome; there is no need to register or sign up. Childcare is not provided. Please wear modest, athletic attire in

which you can comfortably move.
